Terms of Service
Original Effective Date: July 10, 2025
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CraftUp mobile application (“App”) and the CraftUp account and subscription services used with the App. CraftUp is provided by Andrea Mezzadra, based in Italy (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
For personal-data practices, see our Privacy Policy. For account deletion, see Delete Account. For product or billing help, use Support.
1. Use of CraftUp
You may use the App in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. CraftUp is used both by individuals and by users who receive access through a company arrangement. If a company arranges your access, any additional purchase or access terms agreed with that company also apply to that arrangement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
2. Accounts
Some App features require a CraftUp account. Current sign-in options include email and supported third-party sign-in methods such as Apple or Google, depending on platform availability. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Free and Paid Access
CraftUp provides free access subject to product usage limits. Paid mobile subscription products can activate the UNLIMITED entitlement. While that entitlement is active, the App removes its normal learning-access limit.
Available subscription products, billing periods, prices, currencies, taxes where applicable, and any trial or introductory offer are shown in the App or by the applicable store before you confirm a purchase. Prices and offers can vary by storefront, region, account, and eligibility, so these Terms do not promise a fixed storefront price or a trial for every product or user.
If a trial or introductory offer is shown to you, the checkout screen states its duration, eligibility, renewal price, and other transaction details before purchase.
4. Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
Mobile purchases are processed by the store used for the purchase: the Apple App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android. CraftUp's current paid mobile products are subscription products. They renew according to the billing period and transaction terms shown by the applicable store until you cancel them through that store.
To manage or cancel a subscription:
- Apple purchase: manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions.
- Google Play purchase: manage or cancel through Google Play subscriptions.
The applicable store shows your next renewal date and what happens to access after cancellation. Follow the cancellation timing and instructions shown by that store for your subscription or offer.
Deleting your CraftUp account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. Account deletion and store subscription cancellation are separate actions. If you want future renewals to stop, cancel the subscription through the store that billed you. Cancelling a subscription also does not delete your CraftUp account or account data.
The App includes a restore-purchases flow for supported store purchases. If you were charged but paid access is not recognized, contact Support.
5. Refunds and Mandatory Consumer Rights
Refund eligibility and processing depend on the store used for the purchase, your location and circumstances, the applicable store policy, and any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
- Apple purchase: use Apple's official refund-request process.
- Google Play purchase: review the official Google Play refund policy and request process. Google may direct you to the developer for some purchase or refund issues.
Store refund procedures do not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where applicable law gives you a direct remedy in relation to a digital service that was not supplied or does not conform to the contract, those rights continue to apply regardless of the store process described above.
For a purchase that was charged but not delivered correctly, when the applicable store directs you to the developer, or when you are exercising a mandatory right directly against CraftUp, use CraftUp Support.
6. User Input and Public Content
The App does not currently provide a public user-posting feature. You may still provide private input such as feedback, corrections, suggestions, or support communications. Personal-data handling for those inputs is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Feedback
If you send us feedback, corrections, or suggestions about CraftUp, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that feedback without compensation or obligation. This clause applies to feedback about CraftUp; it does not turn all private user input or personal data into public content.
8. AI-Assisted Content
Some CraftUp learning content may be produced with AI assistance. AI-assisted content can contain mistakes or become outdated, and we do not guarantee that it is error-free.
9. Intellectual Property
The CraftUp brand and CraftUp-created App design, text, graphics, and other materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, materials, and open-source components remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective owners.
Except where permitted by law or an applicable license, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from CraftUp-owned materials without prior written consent. Reuse and attribution rules for public website content are described on the Content Licensepage.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data, including account, learning, analytics, diagnostics, and communication data where applicable, is described in the current Privacy Policy. Privacy requests should be sent to privacy@craftuplearn.com.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for misuse of the service, subject to any notice, remedy, paid-access or other protections that applicable law requires.
12. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. Where a limitation is legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, to the extent permitted by law. Subject to those mandatory rules, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top identifies the latest version. If applicable law requires advance notice, a particular form of notice, or your consent before a change can take effect, we will follow those requirements. We will not treat these Terms as overriding rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government actions, or platform outages, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply to you under the law that would otherwise govern your contract.
Before legal action, you may contact us to try to resolve the issue informally. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims in any court made available to you by applicable consumer-jurisdiction rules, and we will bring claims against you only where applicable law permits. For users acting for trade, business, craft, or professional purposes, and where an exclusive forum clause is legally permitted, disputes are subject to the courts of Milan, Italy.
17. Apple App License
For apps distributed through Apple's App Store, Apple states that an app is licensed under its Standard End User License Agreement unless the application provider supplies a custom EULA. Apple's current Standard End User License Agreement is available on Apple's website. These Terms do not replace any Apple terms that apply to your App Store account or purchase.
