Refund eligibility and processing depend on the store and the purchase. Use the applicable store's official process.
If Google Play directs you to the developer for a refund or purchase issue, use CraftUp support below.
If you were charged but paid access is still locked, use CraftUp support so we can investigate the access problem rather than treating it as a refund request.
Use CraftUp's account-deletion instructions, including the off-app fallback if you cannot access CraftUp.
For access, correction, privacy rights, additional deletion requests, or Privacy Policy questions, use the privacy contact.
If your company wants to buy annual access for one or more people or needs an invoice, use the company-access request. If you already have company access and something is not working, use CraftUp support below.
Use the support form or email for issues CraftUp needs to investigate, including:
The structured support form is hosted by Tally, so opening it takes you to an externally hosted form. If the form does not load or you prefer email, contact support@craftuplearn.com. The Privacy Policy explains how CraftUp handles support information.
If you are already in the app, you can also use CraftUp's in-app feedback screen for lesson or product feedback.
Send only what is useful. Helpful context can include whether you use iOS or Android, your device model, OS version, CraftUp app version if known, what you were trying to do, what happened, and steps that reproduce the problem. For a paid-access issue, say whether the store shows an active subscription and whether you tried Restore Purchases.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, authentication codes, access tokens, or other secrets. If you share a screenshot, check it for sensitive information first.
