Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CraftUp account and all associated data in two ways:

Option 1: Delete your account directly in the app

1. Open the CraftUp app on your device
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm your decision

This will immediately and permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by contacting us at:

Please include the email address associated with your CraftUp account so we can process your request.

What data will be deleted?

When your account is deleted, we will permanently remove:

• Your account and login information (e.g. email)
• Your lesson progress and streak data
• Any technical identifiers (such as your push notification token)

We do not collect or store any sensitive personal information.

Data retention policy

Once your account is deleted, all associated data is permanently erased from our systems. There is no recovery process. We do not retain backups or logs of deleted user accounts.
