These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GRD mobile application and related services (“Services”), operated by an individual based in Italy (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
GRD is a general-audience tool for card collectors. Its content is suitable for all ages, and it is not specifically directed at children. The App Store age rating describes content suitability, not eligibility to register an account or make purchases. People of any age may use GRD where permitted by applicable law. For minors, a parent or legal guardian should supervise use and authorize accounts, personal-data processing, and purchases where legally required. GRD does not currently offer dedicated child accounts or a mechanism for obtaining verifiable parental consent. Where such consent is required to collect a child's information, a child must not independently register or submit personal information without the necessary legal safeguards.
Some features require an account created with email or supported third-party sign-in. Accounts must be registered and managed by someone legally permitted to accept these Terms, including a parent or legal guardian using their own account when supervising a child. Do not submit a child's personal information where the necessary legal permission is absent. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the security of their credentials and for activity performed through their account.
GRD may analyze card photographs and related capture data to provide card identification, condition evidence, grading estimates, confidence information, market intelligence, or other card-related outputs. Results depend on image quality, supported card families, model coverage, available evidence, and third-party data. The Services may ask you to recapture an image, correct an identity, or may return an uncertain or not-assessable result.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, GRD provides estimates and decision-support information only. It is not PSA, CGC, Beckett, SGC, TAG, or another professional grading company, is not affiliated with those companies merely by referencing their grading scales, and cannot guarantee the grade that any third-party grading company will assign. Official grading companies may inspect characteristics that cannot be determined reliably from submitted photographs.
Price estimates, comparable sales, grading-value comparisons, and recommendations are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Card markets can change quickly. You are responsible for independently evaluating any purchase, sale, grading submission, insurance, investment, or other financial decision.
The Services may offer subscriptions, consumable purchases, virtual credits, or other paid features. Available products, prices, benefits, billing periods, trials, and credit amounts are shown in the app or applicable app store before purchase and may change over time.
Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and may be managed through RevenueCat infrastructure. Purchases must be made or authorized by the account holder and, where required by law, a parent or legal guardian. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew according to the terms displayed by the app store unless cancelled through your store account before renewal.
Credits granted by a monthly subscription are available during the applicable billing period, and any unused subscription-granted credits expire at the end of that period. Credits purchased separately through one-time consumable credit packs do not expire. The number of credits required for a card grading analysis may change over time.
Virtual credits have no cash value, are not transferable unless we explicitly permit it, and remain subject to the product-specific terms shown in the Services. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app-store policy and mandatory law.
You retain ownership of card photographs and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Services as permitted by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Model-training use of user-submitted card images is not assumed by these Terms. Any such use requires the separate rights or consent path described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not:
The Services, software, design, text, graphics, models, interfaces, and other materials created by us are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party card artwork, trademarks, brands, and grading-company names remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party brand does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
If you provide feedback, corrections, or suggestions, you permit us to use that feedback to improve the Services without compensation or obligation, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Our processing of personal data is described in the GRD Privacy Policy.
We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features, supported card families, models, providers, pricing, or other parts of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every card or defect can be identified or assessed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee grading accuracy, card value, resale outcome, profit, authenticity determination, or acceptance by a third-party grading service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, business opportunity, data, card value, or grading fees resulting from use of the Services. Where a monetary cap is permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time and may use available account-deletion controls where provided.
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where required, by providing additional notice.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Before starting legal proceedings, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Where legally permitted, disputes are subject to the competent courts in Italy.
For Apple platforms, these Terms incorporate the Apple Standard End User License Agreementto the extent applicable.
